The Work

Replaced the corroded and leaking tubular P-trap under the sink with a new assembly
Installed a new male trap adapter and pop-up drain assembly
Repaired and repiped cracked CPVC hot water piping in the attic coming from the tankless water heater
Cleared debris from the fan motor and vent on the tankless unit, testing for safe operation

The Outcome

The sink now drains smoothly with no signs of leaking, and the new P-trap provides a clean, secure connection. The attic hot water line is repaired, reducing the risk of future leaks.
